Cancellation fees will be applied to a canceled order after the 14 day mark - payment confirms your order
Large orders must be finalized & paid in full by 4 weeks ahead of event date - Deposits are non-refundable
Cakes & Cupcakes will stay freshest in a fridge in an airtight container; they will serve best once they've reached about 65-70 degrees F
Keep out of direct sunlight & heat
Handle boxes with care. Support the boxes from the bottom, making sure not to squeeze the sides or the top of the box. Keep them flat during movement & transport. Keep cold during longer transports or on hot days. Serving instructions will also be noted on your boxes, along with allergens.
